Digital Imaging of Paper Documents
We create electronic copies of paper documents by digitally scanning them
through state-of-the-art equipment, and provide them in file formats that are
easy to retrieve, reference, and archive. The majority of our clients find PDF
to be the most practical and effective option, however, we also offer TIF, GIF,
Bit Map, and Jpeg alternatives for clients with particular needs. We then record
the electronic documents to CD or DVD for convenient storage and handling.
Video/Audio Conversion
We take audio and video recordings captured on VCR tapes, Compact
VHS, MiniDV, Hi8, and other media, and convert the files to CD or DVD format.
This frees up expensive media space and allows you, and/or your clients and colleagues,
to view accident scenes, taped depositions, home walk-throughs, or any other
event from any CD or DVD player.

Video Tape to DVD Conversion
Green Room DVD converts your old analog video to DVD. Converting to DVD has many
advantages. First, it preserves your memories, DVD video does not degrade like
VHS tape. Secondly, DVD provides much more versatility such as placing chapters
within your movie and giving you a menu screen. DVD's are the format of choice
in most homes and your new DVD's will be easy to share with family and friends.

Coding, Indexing and Stamping
Once digitized, we can apply an electronic Bates stamp that includes date,
time, and a unique numeric value, or, code and index the documents to correspond
with top litigation software (including Summation and Concordance 8).
Custom Branding/Labeling
As a distinctive value-added service for your clients,
we can create personalized CDs and DVDs containing customized copies of applicable
documents for your client’s
personal files, including a label with your name, image/logo, and contact information
printed on it. This helps you establish a competitive edge, promotes a professional

Document Retrieval
As an extension of our imaging services, we can travel to
any Southern California location on your behalf, and perform onsite scanning
